GROUP FIGHT/FITNESS
Group fitness based on mixed martial arts (MMA) forms movements and techniques is gaining popularity due to its combination of cardio, strength conditioning, and high intensity workouts. These classes are typically led by experienced MMA trainers who incorporate techniques from various styles of martial arts such as Muay Thai, boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and kickboxing to provide a full-body workout. Participants engage in a series of dynamic and fast-paced movements that help improve their overall fitness levels, while also learning selfdefense skills. During group fitness based on MMA forms, movements and techniques, participants engage in a variety of exercises that include striking, kicking, grappling, and sparring. Wrestling has been a part of the Olympic Games since ancient times, and in modern times, Olympic-style wrestling is comprised of freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling. Freestyle wrestling emphasizes more on ground grappling and throws, while Greco-Roman style emphasizes more on upper body throws and takedowns without the use of legs. Successful wrestlers are fast, powerful, and possess great endurance

NOGI JIU JITSU

NO GI TEENS/ADULTS JIU JITSU
Teen and adult no-gi training offers a plethora of benefits for individuals. Firstly, it provides a great option for learning and practicing self-defense techniques without the need for a uniform or a partner using a gi. This is especially valuable for individuals who may not like wearing traditional gi uniforms or have limited access to practice with a partner wearing one. No-gi training focuses on grappling techniques such as chokes, holds, and submissions that can be applied in real-life self-defense situations. Additionally, training in a no-gi environment allows individuals to develop good reflexes and quick reactions which can be crucial in warding off potential attackers. Another significant benefit of no-gi training is its positive impact on overall fitness levels. No-gi training involves a lot of full-body movements that require strength, agility, and cardio endurance. BOXING
Olympic amateur boxing training workouts are designed to increase strength, speed, endurance, and agility. A typical Olympic amateur boxing training workout may include a 10-15 minute warm-up consisting of light cardio exercises such as jogging, jumping jacks, and skipping rope. This is followed by a period of stretching to improve flexibility and reduce the risk of injury. Main exercises may include shadow boxing, where participants practice boxing techniques without hitting anything, and bag work, where they practice combinations and footwork on a heavy bag. Other drills such as speed and agility exercises, sparring, and strength training exercises may also be included to improve overall fitness and technique. These workouts typically last between 60-90 minutes and are usually done several times a week to build endurance and strength.
